Welcome to Remez — a Jewish word-association game created and sold by Lekavod Shabbos Games LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our products, you (“you,” “the customer,” or “the buyer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment is required in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our fulfillment center within the estimated timeframe listed on the checkout page. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Because Remez is a premium limited-edition product, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Refunds will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances — for example, if a product arrives significantly damaged or defective and we are notified within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photo evidence.
If approved, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at playremez@gmail.com
within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis.

6. Pre-Orders

If you are purchasing during a pre-order campaign, please note that the estimated ship date is approximate. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or unforeseen factors. No refunds will be issued for standard production delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All content related to Remez — including the name, logo, rules, cards, packaging design, and associated materials — is the property of Lekavod Shabbos Games LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

By purchasing Remez, you agree that we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product. Your sole remedy for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, NJ.
